Our business ethics code is important to us and applies for everyone in the company, and any violation of these guidelines will not be accepted.

Social responsibility

ExploCrowd AS shall show active social responsibility by providing services and creating jobs and value for Norwegian society in a decent and sustainable manner. Our actions are based on the company's values, which are Integrity, Trust and Transparency, and should characterise the company's culture and be a guide in the company's decisions and actions. In this way, we do our best to contribute to driving societal development in a positive direction.

Business principles and ethical guidelines

ExploCrowd AS shall manage and carry out business in a fair and ethical manner;

Ability

The board and employees must avoid situations that may lead to a conflict between the company's interests and personal interests. If personal interests can influence decisions in cases where one participates in the processing or is responsible, this must be discussed with the superior.

Board position

Board positions or ownership in commercial companies must in each case be clarified with the CEO. One should avoid side jobs that can lead to loyalty conflict.

Trust, respect & loyalty

The company's culture must be characterised by honesty, consideration and fairness. Each individual is obliged to avoid that personal interests stand in the way of objective decisions in connection with work tasks. You are loyal to the purpose and goals of the company's activities, follow up and implement decisions that are made, and comply with orders from the superior. Critical thinking is allowed.

Anti-corruption

The company is against all forms of corruption, including extortion and bribery.

Gifts

Employees of the company shall not seek to obtain gifts, benefits or other benefits that are inappropriate or that may otherwise harm the company's interest or reputation. Nor shall gifts, benefits or other benefits be offered that may be perceived as inappropriate for the recipient or that may otherwise cast doubt on the recipient's integrity. One shall refrain from any form of appreciation in connection with negotiations or for a particular contract or conduct on the part of the company. Profiling items with symbolic value are not considered gifts.

Representation

Moderate forms of hospitality and representation are part of the company. However, the degree of attention must not be developed in such a way that it damages the company's competitiveness and integrity. Travel expenses and stays for business trips are covered by the company, possibly a trade union, public body or non-profit organizations. The company's employees are required to act in accordance with the ethical guidelines for business trips, courses and other events.

Human rights

ExploCrowd AS supports and respects internationally recognized human rights and ensures that the company does not contribute to violations of these. The company actively works to eliminate all forms of discrimination in occupation and work on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, sexual orientation, marital status or of medical or disability reasons. The company shall not cooperate with suppliers where there is doubt about forced labor or child labor.

Employee rights

The company's labor standards must be in accordance with internationally recognised employee rights. Under this, the company will work to promote and accept freedom of association and recognition of the right to collective negotiations.Employee standards in the areas of pay, working hours, disciplinary practice, employment contracts and working conditions must be complied with.

Confidentiality and duty of confidentiality

ExploCrowd AS shall treat sensitive information with care and loyalty, even when it is not subject to confidentiality. All employees have a duty of confidentiality with regard to trade secrets and information provided in confidence. All employees must be careful about how to process sensitive information, also in relation to colleagues. The duty of confidentiality also applies after an employee has left the company's service.

ExploCrowd AS aims to carry out operations without harm to people, the environment and material values. We are proactively seeking to create a positive working environment where people thrive, and we do our best to have equipment for the employees that avoid strained conditions when working in the office.
