ADAPTING TO CLIENT NEEDS

Knowledge transfer: We do our best to enable client teams to take ownership of the technical work and integrate it as their own.


Documentation: This can be done in extensive reports comprising several hundred pages, regular workshops with the team and our technical experts, and weekly status meetings where we share documentation of progress. Careful documentation enables new client team members to get up to speed.


Technology: Rather than selecting all-encompassing softwares that tend to slow us down, our approach is to select the best from different softwares and integrate. We continuously aim to improve efficiency or create possibilities with new software and solutions.

Curiosity: We have a low threshold for sharing of knowledge and ideas, leading to development of new concepts and possibilities. Also, with everyone open and ready to share, the workflow is often faster than one experience in more rigid work hierarchy structures.

Care: Team members often underline their experience of real comradery in the team, along with a caring culture. There is always room for everyone’s opinion, we understand each other’s strengths and weaknesses, and the level of self-motivation is high.

Scientific curiosity is important to us, and so is caring. Communicating of scientific results is key to our success.
